Challenges of Adult Education
Thousands of your colleagues—and perhaps even you—have participated in the Wonderlic
professional development webinars. Our polling of attendees reveals the challenges adult educators and workforce development practitioners face in service delivery.
I’d like to share the results with you from one of the questions from the post-webinar survey:
What is your biggest challenge?
- Student retention: 36%
- Student motivation: 20%
- Correlating test results to curriculum and instruction: 16%
- Aligning student skills with a career path: 15%
- Showing educational gains: 13%
